Weekly Report

You are heartily welcome in this weekly report.
This week, the staffs of Care For All-Nepal were busy in the teachers' training project.  Besides, the training we also had meetings within the staff, with the WLP teachers and the director of Global Action –Nepal.
Please see in detail,

1. WLP meeting:
We hold a meeting with WLP teachers as usual we are doing every month. Our 6 WLPs are almost at the peak of the conclusion. So, at this moment, our concern is that how can we sustain/ continue the project. We discussed about the continuity of the project. It is not possible to continue a project for a long time. The participants themselves should be motivated towards the learning and they can search the possibilities to sustain their learning. For example: they can study the books of their children, local newspapers, etc in their leisure time.

2. Meeting with B.K.Shrestha:
We had a meeting with B.K. Shrestha, the executive director of Global Action Nepal We share our ideas each other about the vision of the both organizations. We committed that we, both parties will always be in a touch and we'll work together as we are working in the field of education especially Human Resource Development. He told us that they conduct the Trainings for Trainers, Training for teachers (basically primary level teachers) etc. As we are working in the same field of education we asked him to call us in Trainers’ Training program. If we got an opportunity to be a trainer it would be a great chance for the CFA-Nepal.
 Also they give a Community Mobilize Training. We, the staff of CFA-Nepal are working in the society: without any training. We are only working on the basis of experience. So, we requested him to invite us in the social mobilize training too if possible. The training will be a great assist to the staff of CFA-Nepal in working.

3. Training monitoring:
This week,most of the time we were busy in the teachers' training. Everyday, we visited the training to observe the classes. There, we checked how many participants are presented, are anyone absence if yes, why? We asked for the clarification.  We discussed with participants about their achievements, are they getting what they expected before the training or not? If not, we asked them to bring it to the floor among the participants and trainers and be clear about the confusion.

4.Evaluation form:
We distributed evaluation form to all the participants to fill it in. They filled it and gave back to us. After collecting the forms, we (within the CFA-staff) had a meeting and discussion about the strength points, weak points, comments and suggestions given by the participants to the organizations. It is nice for the upcoming trainings to improve the weak points.

5. Reports:
We have sent the reports of the teachers training as well as meetings to the board of FCFA-The Netherlands.
